TRANSPORTATION OF PETS AGEPAN Routes (Intermunicipal Routes of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul)
ANTT Lines (Interstate routes between states) In compliance with ANTT (National Land Transport Agency) regulations, the transport of domestic animals on interstate bus routes will follow these guidelines: A regular fare will be charged for the seat used for transporting the animal. Each passenger may transport only 01 (one) animal, with a maximum of 02 (two) animals to be transported per trip. The animal must weigh no more than 8 kilograms. Empresa Andorinha will not be held responsible under any circumstances for the animal's condition if it becomes sick or dies during the trip.Furthermore, throughout the entire national territory, visually impaired individuals with their GUIDE DOGS enjoy the right of free transit. Federal Law No. 11,126/2005, ensures that visually impaired individuals have the right to access and remain with their animal in vehicles and public and private establishments of collective use, defining any attempt to hinder this right as discrimination – subject to interdiction and fines. In this case, the charging of fares for the presence of a guide dog on board the vehicle is prohibited.

HOLIDAYS OR PEAK SEASONS (Travel Time)
We advise that during holidays and extended weekends, in any large city, access to terminals becomes congested, and moving around bus stations becomes complicated due to the large number of people in transit. Therefore, leave home well in advance to avoid missing your boarding time.
We recommend that passengers arrive at least 1 (one) hour before their boarding time.
Platform Attention
During busy periods at bus stations, boarding platforms may be changed without prior notice. Check the platform number on your ticket and pay attention to the boarding announcements.
Travel Duration
During peak seasons, such as summer and holidays, the expected travel time may be compromised. A journey that usually lasts 3 hours or less may take considerably longer. Therefore, do not rely on the estimated travel time for regular conditions and days, both for the outbound and return journey. If you are making connections to other locations, increase the time allocated for connections by at least 6 hours.
Additional Schedules
During summer and holidays, there is a possibility of additional schedules being opened, interspersing routine schedules and buses. Therefore, always check your chosen departure/arrival/segment time before finalizing your purchase.
Due to the high volume of passengers during extended holidays or year-end, Expresso Mato Grosso do Sul hires buses from other companies to accommodate all its customers. Before boarding, check the platform and whether the bus is labeled to indicate it is operating on behalf of Andorinha. If you have any questions, speak with one of our staff members.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR BOARDING
For Brazilian nationals (adults or youth), boarding will only be allowed if they have an official photo ID (ID card, Driver’s License, or Work Card), which is mandatory. Documents will be accepted in their original form or as a notarized copy, provided the passenger can be identified.
For foreigners, the official document in the country is the Passport or Foreigner Registration Card (RNE).
Failure to present the above-mentioned documents will prevent passengers from boarding.
